By using MockStep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors and those who access the tool without creating an account.

2. What MockStep Is

MockStep is a browser-based design tool that lets you upload slide images and generate presentation mockups. All image processing happens in your browser. We do not store your design files on our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MockStep to:

• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Distribute automated requests that degrade performance for other users.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership of the images and designs you upload. By using MockStep, you confirm you have the right to use those images. Since your files are processed locally and never transmitted to our servers, we do not claim any rights over your content.

5. Availability & Changes

MockStep is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockStep and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of MockStep is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where MockStep operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction.
